Coaching Out of the Box® works with many organizations helping them create a coaching culture and develop internal
coaching capacity. The focus of this work has been to embed
coaching skills into the organizations rather than ‘just’ teach
coaching skills. The result; when coaching skills are embedded into the organization corporate cultures are transformed for long-lasting positive change. This paper presents a case study of how two of these organizations did it. This includes how they rolled the program out, results achieved and important elements to make the program a success. These results were presented to Harvard Medical School, Institute of Coaching and McLean Hospital.
